The wooden handles feel substantial in my hand, and the longer knife slices through a firm aged gouda without any cracking. I’ve used them for two parties already and they make building a board feel almost too easy.

The serrated blade on the smaller knife cuts through a firm aged cheddar without crumbling it, which is exactly what I needed. The whole set feels heavier and more substantial than the plastic-handled ones I've used before. My board finally looks as good as it tastes.

Opened these up before a wine night and the blades are seriously sharp — sliced through a hard aged cheddar without cracking it. They've got a nice weight to them, so they feel sturdy in the hand, not flimsy like the last set I owned.
